1. Position Analysis

Here, an exact analysis of the target position is conducted with a qualification and competency grid, in order to create a perfect match.

2. Potential Analysis

As a second step simonconsult uses a proven combination of psychometric testing and assessment center tasks. We measure the existing potential for the target position. We provide excellent data with regards to the psychological quality criteria as well as the temporal/economic efficiency.
Also with respect to the new General Equal Treatment Act, our combined procedure (psychometric testing, assessement center tasks, Interview) guarantees you that you will be in the clear!   

3. Qualitative Interview

During the qualitative interview we get to know the candidates better by applying a specific method of inquiry. We further analyse whether their qualifications and competencies match the aspired position. We obtain a comprehensive impression of the candidates.
