During the workshops at simonconsult, participants reflect upon their behaviour and are made aware of it. Successful behaviour is exercised ("trained"). Transfer to the workplace is accomplished by dealing with participants' real life examples and agreement on concrete targets.
Exciting experiential learning-based methods (e.g. outdoor training) facilitate the efficacy and avoid tediousness right from the beginning!
