Power-Potential-Profile®: Coaching tool for the development of managers, top-notch sales people and high-efficiency teams!
The Power-Potential-Profile® (PPP®) is a high-quality method of potential analysis aimed at personal development. It is scientifically valid, theoretically sound and expressive for practical use. A current study of the University of Munich on the scientific quality criteria of the PPP® certifies the following: "The combination of the three instruments (JPP, ARP/MDA, FSL) proves to be conclusive. The use of the Power-Potential-Profile® for personnel development (among others coaching, training, team development, career counselling, etc.) can be fully recommended."
The PPP® is superior to many development tools currently available on the market since it combines three very powerful approaches into one:
personality analysis, attitude analysis, competency analysis
- Personality | JPP (What are my preferences inherent in my personality?)
- Attitude | MDA (Where do I position myself between the poles of authority and responsibility?)
3) Competency | FSL/FSS (How do I judge my own abilities? How do my colleagues, co-workers and customers judge my abilities?)
The Power Potential Profile® is also utilizable for 360-Degree-Feedback.
This increases its range of application and facilitates the integration of valuable indications of the environment into coaching.
The PPP® can easily be completed online on any computer with internet connection. This takes approximately 40 minutes.

- PPP® Standard: Version Leadership or Sales, all Modules, without 360-Degree-Feedback
- PPP® Short: only Module 1 or Module 3 (Module 3 includes 360-Degree-Feedback)
