Utilization of Outdoor Activities

We preferably and successfully apply outdoor activities in leadership and management development programs and team development measures.
Our participants gather intensive educational experiences with complex problem-solving tasks out in nature (orientation rallies, river crossing, bridge-building, etc.) but also in the educational sphere of a ropes course or a cave. In all of the above- mentioned activities we consistently ensure a high reference to the workplace. Our task formulations already specifically relate to real job situations. In the evaluation of the outdoor activities we present in detail how the participants' experiences relate to their every day routines.
